Pot-Stills
The pot stills are designed to process:
- > Wine and wine pomace (marc) to produce brandy and grappa;
- > Fermented fruit mash to produce fruit distillates;
- > Officinal and other herbs such as lavender for extraction of essential oils.
The pot stills are built in stainless steel AISI 304/316 or pure copper, designed to operate in full vacuum or atmospheric pressure conditions, with or without mechanical agitation.
The pot stills are designed and built in accordance with the international codes and standards (ASME, TEMA, VSR, EN 13445) and PED regulation (DIR. 97/23/EC) complete with CE stamp.
