Distillation Columns
T.M. designs and supply distillation columns, complete with its patented high capacity, high efficiency and self-cleaning double load valve trays or bubble caps trays (strongly recommended for extremely low flow conditions).
Trays are easily removable through the man-holes or welded to the shell of the column.
The materials normally used are:
stainless steel, pure copper, carbon steel.
Other special materials are used on request.
Distillation columns are designed for indoor/outdoor installation and for different working conditions (full vacuum, overpressure).
Distillation columns are designed and built in accordance with the international codes and standards (ASME, TEMA, VSR, EN 13445) and PED regulation (DIR. 97/23/EC) complete with CE stamp.
